Zoom on : The Cirque de Navacelles
It is a privileged passage for our customers of Camping des Sources because it connects the Cirque de Navacelles to the A75 motorway. Coming from the north, the road provides access to the Cirque de Navacelles via Blandas and the Belvedere of Blandas.
The Vis which forms the Cirque de Navacelles is located 5 km upstream from the falls. It is fed by a catchment area of 198 km2 upstream of the Alzon loss, the Causse de Blandas, the Causse de Campestre and the southern Larzac. The Cirque de Navacelles is crossed by the GR 7 which connects the Ballon d’Alsace to Andorra la Vella. In Haut-Languedoc, crossing between L’Espérou and the Canal du Midi, Navacelles is the stage between Blandas and the Causse du Larzac. A breathtaking landscape, punctuated by mountains and corridors. A territory of contrast shaped over centuries.
