The pitches of the campsite of approximately 80 square meters are shaded and all benefit from a
6A electrical connection. Any additional vehicle per pitch outdoor parking no extra is expected.
Visitors outside the swimming pool on pitch €5/day. We will be you grateful to return the occupied
location as clean as when you found it. Tourist tax in addition to the price indicated, i.e.
0.30€/pers/day (children over 18).
The reservation is deemed firm and final upon receipt of the deposit, i.e. 30% + €15.00 administration fees, then after sending the contract, the balance 30 days before your arrival.

are for arrival from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and for departure from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

When leaving outside these hours, the deposit checks will be returned by mail, or destroyed.
The reservation is validated upon receipt of the deposit as indicated on the reservation voucher,
i.e. for chalet rentals 30% of the rental amount + €15.00 administration fee then after sending the
contract, the balance 30 days before your arrival.
Your contract will be sent to you upon receipt of your booking voucher and your deposit. The
balance of the chalet rentals must be paid 30 DAYS before the start of the stay, on your arrival
you must provide us with a deposit check for the rental (not cashed), of €300.00 and a deposit
check of €75.00 ( not cashed) for cleaning. The deposit checks will be destroyed after verification
of the inventory on the day of your departure.
The rental is final upon receipt of full payment. Tourist tax in addition to the price indicated
i.e. 0.30€/ person/day (child + 18 years old). The lessee will be required to insure against the risk
of fire and water damage (copy of your Home Insurance and Personal Civil Liability). We accept
payment by credit card, bank transfer, cash, checks and holiday vouchers.
It is forbidden to leave them alone in your rental. Vaccination booklet required during your stay. 1st and 2nd category dogs not allowed. Price per day €10 in high season €5 in mid season. You remain responsible for any damage caused by the animal, any damage will be invoiced by
the occupant of the pitch or rental.
Any interrupted or shortened stay does not give rise to any refund.
In case of cancellation, you will be retained the deposit and the administrative fees already
collected.
After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, and paid the entrance fees, visitors can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. Visitors are limited to two per pitch or rental. Access to the pool is not allowed to visitors.

To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the
manager or his representative. The latter has the obligation to ensure the proper maintenance
and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these rules of procedure.
The fact of staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and
the commitment to comply with them. No one can take up residence there.
Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the directives given by the manager or his representative.

p.m. / 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (July and August). on the possibilities of refueling, the sports
installations, the tourist wealth of the surroundings and various addresses which can prove to be
useful. A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers.
These rules of procedure are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk.
It is given to each customer who requests it. For classified campsites, the classification category
with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed.
The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by
order of the Minister responsible for consumption and can be consulted at reception.
Customers are invited to inform the reception desk of their departure the day before.
Guests intending to leave before the opening time of the reception desk must pay for their stay the day
before.
Customers are asked to avoid all noises and discussions that could disturb their neighbours.
Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk locks should be as discreet as possible.
Dogs and other animals should never be left freely. They must not be left at the campsite, even locked
up, in the absence of their masters, who are civilly responsible. The manager ensures the tranquility of
his customers by fixing times during which silence must be total from 11 p.m. No vehicles are
circulating and do not enter the campsite after 11 p.m. (STOP BARRIERE 11 p.m.).

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and
appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to throw waste
water on the ground or in the gutters. Customers must empty waste water into the facilities provided for
this purpose. Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be placed in the garbage cans.
Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose. The drying of the linen will be
done, if necessary, in the common dryer. However, it is tolerated until 10 a.m. near the
accommodation, provided that it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbours. It should never be
made from trees.
Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, to cut
branches, to make plantations. It is not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal
means, nor to dig the ground. Any repair of degradation committed to the vegetation, the fences, the
ground or the facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of its author. The location that will have
been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when entering
the premises.
No violent or disturbing game can be organized near the facilities. The meeting room cannot be
used for hectic games. Children should always be under the supervision of their parents. A mini
library is available at the entrance to the toilets, after reading all books must be put back in their
place.
It can only be left unoccupied equipment on the ground, after agreement of the management and only at the location indicated. This service may be chargeable.
In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules of procedure, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances. . In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the rules of procedure and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on the police.
