The campsite is located northwest of the AOC “Terrasse du Larzac” appellation, which includes 32 municipalities at the foot of the Larzac plateau. The grape varieties used for red wine are five in number: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Cinsault. The particularity of this appellation is its climate and its terroir. This particular geographical location, with day/night temperature variations that can reach more than 20 degrees in summer, promotes slow and gradual ripening of the grapes, which is beneficial for the aromatic complexity and freshness of the wines.
